Hey peeps! Well anyway there is one delicious,healthy, and awesome treat I want to share with you guys that kids and adults love! My 7 yr old and 9 yr old brother like it and so do I! A lot of adults also like it. The recipe is dun dun dun(dramatic effect)
Liz's delicious Parfaits!
plain lowfat yogurt(when you add mix ins really good).
(Note: do not use vanilla or strawberry yogurt if you want it healthier, chocolate chips adds the same amount of sugar in the yogurt.)
fruit (i prefer berries)
Splenda or other fake sugar
1. Put 3 or 4 large scoops of yogurt in a bowl. Mix in splenda.
2. Add in a good amount of fruit
(usually a handful). Add chocolate chips. Sprinkle granola on top. Enjoy!!!! so delicious
Some fruit is hidden.
