This is a great crossover fruit and dessert recipe. Feel free to substitute other fruits for different flavors, Enjoy!

Add 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of room temperature milk, 1/2 cup of flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2/4 teaspoon of cinnamon in bowl. Mix batter with electric mixer till smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.
5. Carefully take apples out of oven with hot pads. Pour the batter over apples and bake until fluffy about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into wedges before serving.
