Peanut Butter Balls

Good to see you! I hope you've had a nice day! Today's recipe is a sweet treat, more of a candy that can be made easily without many ingredients, enjoy!

PEANUT BUTTER BALLS (OR CREAMS)
note:This recipe can also be turned into sweet peanut butter frosting
1 egg
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1 tbsp of butter
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/8 tsp of salt
2 cups powdered sugar
flour, optional
toppings, optional
Cookie Sheet
Parchment Paper

1. ***Here's a tip!*** Crack the one egg in to the 1/3 cup and pour it in. Beat the egg with a rotary beater and put the peanut butter into the 1/3 cup that you just used. the peanut butter should just slide out (this tip also works for shortening and other sticky substances)! :)

2. Add other ingredients except powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Beat 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time scraping the side. The mixture should have the consistency of cookie dough, if desired consistency isn't achieved add a small bit of flour.

3. Spread parchment paper over cookie sheet. Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet. Optional: Roll in sprinkles or nuts before placing on cookie sheet, or drizzle with chocolate or caramel.

4. Leave in fridge until ready to eat.

How to Eat Grass Hopper Cookies (Step by Step with Pictures)

I come here today to share with you a spectacular trick that after trying you may never go back eating it the old way again (I never have)!

What you'll need:
  • Grass Hopper Cookies
  • Hot Chocolate
The trick:
  Step 1:
Bite the top and bottom of the cookie.
 Step 2:
Position  the bottom of the cookie in the Hot Chocolate. Use cookie as a straw. Warning: Pop cookie in your mouth before it melts in your hand! Otherwise you may end up with a mess!

Enjoy! ^_^
